Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?

MedTOWN is a social inclusion project funded by the EU under the ENI CBC Med Programme and implemented by a partnership leaded by Asamblea de Cooperación por la Paz (ACPP). MedTOWN has no legal status, so ACPP is the legal representative for the personal data protection and is fully compliant with the EU GDPR, General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

How do we collect your data?

Most of your data is communicated to us by your active intervention and given freely with the consent to use it, for the purposes of the MedTOWN Project. ACPP and ENI-CBC-Med will not use this information for any other uses nor add it to a database or share it with third parties for any other purpose than that established in the forms.

Other data, such as the date and time of your access to our website, the pages you have viewed, or your location data, are collected automatically through servers consulted and “cookies” placed on our website. For more information on cookies:

How long will we keep your data?

Your personal data will be kept for as long as necessary to accomplish the objectives pursued and in general for the entire duration of the Project plus the legal period established for verification & auditing by the EU.  However, you have the right to request the deletion of your data when, among other reasons, it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

What are your rights?

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion and portability, limitation and/or opposition to the processing, at any time, through the postal and electronic addresses indicated. Every effort will be made to take the necessary action as soon as possible.
